High quality hotel. I highly recommend. Not much I would change about it. The breakfast was really good. The room was spacious, modern, and well organized. The gym was good. Nice all around.

A good-class hotel, great location, and most importantly, with good service. The receptionist, Raphael, is very nice and helpful. He speaks English well, which makes things much easier.

I thought for a long time whether to write this review or not. But unfortunately I can't leave it like that. I am a frequent visitor to the hotel. The beginnings of visits to the hotel were quite nice, it was about half a year ago. After that it gets worse. The last stay wouldn't be bad if it wasn't for the kitchen. The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Ordered meals are often made of very unfresh ingredients. It has happened to me and my friends more than once that literally smelly meat was served, e.g. in a burger. The quality of the preparation leaves much to be desired, and I will not even mention the quantity in relation to the price. If the price is high, then at least quality should follow it, if there is no quantity. But this and that are missing here. The bar lacks freshly squeezed juices. And in the room, there is no clearly visible contact number to the reception or bar to place an order. Towards the end of my stay, I stopped ordering anything to eat other than fruit, chips and fried salmon (to make sure I didn't accidentally get poisoned). The infrastructure is definitely a plus. In this regard, the hotel is quite pleasant.

everything was ok so far until I check out and they over charged me for the drinks . I have to pay 321.40 R for a few Coca Cola . When I first checked in no one explained me that . I’m very disappointed for that . They said they forgot to tell me ! Ridiculous I will try the new hotel Named Novetel which is very near by and it looks great neat and good comunication.
